Welcome to MagicSheet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MagicSheet add-on for Google Sheets ("Add-on"), developed and operated by Paul Cui("we", "us", "our"). By using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Add-on.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on for your personal and business use, solely within the Google Spreadsheet platform.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service provided by the Add-on. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Add-on complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights in the Add-on and all materials used or appearing within the Add-on are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Add-on without our express written permission.
