MagicSheet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. AI Models

We may send the Text input to the MagicSheet function(s) you provided in the Google Spreadsheet to OpenAI's GPT large language model API for formula generation. This is needed to complete the conversion from text input to properly-formatted formula. The data is not retained beyond this purpose, and will not be used to train new models or improve existing model. The model will not have access to data other than the Text input to the MagicSheet function(s) you provided in the Google Spreadsheet. The AI model will only perform formula generation and has no other effects or impact.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with third parties in the following situations:

With your consent: We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

For legal reasons: We may share personal information when we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulations, to enforce our terms and conditions, to protect our rights, or to protect the safety of users of our Service.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
